Crispy moussaka croquette with smoked cheese cream.
Thin layers of dough covered in spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese and herbs.
Beef with fresh vegetables and truffle.
Fresh fish wrapped in chard greens with warm oil and lemon sauce.
Risotto with fresh truffle, dipped in truffle butter.
Fresh vegetables with orange sauce.
Beetroot with dots of “Domokou katiki” (traditional cream cheese), fig and onion chips, peanuts and peanut butter cream.
Marinated roasted cherry tomatoes with Cretan “anthotyro” (traditional cream cheese), capers and green onion with flavored olive oil.
Wrapped chicken breast with smoked pork, parmesan cheese, paprika-garlic crumble and chicken cream.
Black Angus beef with mashed potatoes, king mushroom, mushroom crumble and wine sauce.
Lamb with wild greens, burnt leek, herbs and egg lemon foam.
Pork rib chop with burnt eggplant puree and basil chimichurri.
Catch of the day with celery puree and leek chips with warm oil and lemon sauce.

The 360° Fine Dining Restaurant is located within the 5-star Chania Flair Deluxe Boutique Hotel at the beginning of Nea Chora pedestrian street, at 61 Petrof Street, in Chania.
Free valet parking service
In case you come by car you can make use of the free valet parking service of Chania Flair Deluxe Boutique Hotel. Just leave your car in front of the hotel entrance. Specialized staff will take care of parking your car in a fenced private area nearby. Let us know just before your departure and your car will be waiting for you in front of the hotel entrance.

Entrance to the 360° Fine Dining Restaurant is only permitted to persons over 16 years of age (adults only).
Our premises are easily accessible for our guests with walking disabilities and a braille menu is provided.
Dress Code: Casual - Casual Elegant.
The maximum number of simultaneous diners in the area is not more than 16 people, as we place special emphasis on maintaining a calm, elegant atmosphere and the ability to provide personal, superior service.

Incredible atmosphere and probably one of the best food we have ever tasted

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. While the menu is limited, the dishes are absolutely delicious. The presentation is just extraordinary. How to book a room or suite

You will not be charged and you can cancel your booking request any time. Our dedicated team will get back to you to answer all questions or queries you may have, to confirm the current room availability and, if required, to assist you find the best available flights to Crete. We will also take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Our personal support will be provided in writing by e-mail or in a follow up phone call, if you wish so.
- 3. Booking Confirmation To complete your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total room rate. The balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. You can cancel free of charge (with deposit refund) at any time up to 15 days before arrival or alter your booking depending on availability.
