As the sun begins to dip, the garden becomes one of the most captivating sunset spots in Chania, shifting naturally from golden hour to a softly lit evening atmosphere made for slow conversation and unhurried sips.
At the heart of the garden is a dedicated Mediterranean herb plot cultivated by our chef, planted and harvested for use across the hotel’s culinary concepts. Fresh mint, basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, and lavender lend unmistakable Mediterranean character, bringing the experience from garden to glass and garden to plate.
