Gross salary: € 1400 - 2000
The final salary level will be determined on the basis of merit after the interview. Job description
As a Junior Web Designer at Corissia Hotels & Resort, you will support the marketing and digital presence of our hotels by designing, updating, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and digital content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and technology teams to ensure that our online platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand identity. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to gain hands-on experience in hospitality web design.
Typical responsibilities
- Design, update, and maintain websites, microsites, and landing pages for campaigns.
- Create visual assets (banners, graphics, icons) for digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Assist in optimizing websites for usability, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Work with content creators to integrate text, images, and multimedia effectively.
- Support the marketing team in designing newsletters, social media graphics, and other online materials.
- Collaborate with developers on implementing design features and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct website testing to identify and resolve design or layout issues.
- Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence fresh.
Necessary skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma).
- Strong creative sense with attention to detail, layout, and typography.
- Good understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design basics.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good command of English (German or Greek will be considered an advantage).
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant projects will be appreciated.

Our secure 3-step booking procedure with personal support by your dedicated booking advisor.
- 1. Room Selection Please choose your desired room type on your prefered travel dates, select any extra options available and add the room to your personal room selection. You may add multiple rooms to your selection, if required.
- 2. Booking Request When you are ready, just send us your selection as a booking request, using the corresponding form. The booking request is absolutely non-binding. You will not be charged and you can cancel your booking request any time. Our dedicated team will get back to you to answer all questions or queries you may have, to confirm the current room availability and, if required, to assist you find the best available flights to Crete. We will also take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Our personal support will be provided in writing by e-mail or in a follow up phone call, if you wish so.
- 3. Booking Confirmation To complete your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total room rate. The balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. You can cancel free of charge (with deposit refund) at any time up to 15 days before arrival or alter your booking depending on availability.
