Full-time all year round or seasonal (April - end of October)

Gross salary: € 1300 - 1600

The final salary level will be determined on the basis of merit after the interview. Benefits may include, depending on the position, free daily meals at one of the restaurants in the facility or free accommodation close to the respective property. The terms of the sectoral collective agreement for hotel employees in Chania apply.

Job description

As a Driver at Corissia Hotels & Resort, you will play an important role in providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for our guests and staff. You will be responsible for transfers between hotels, airports, ports, and other destinations, always ensuring punctuality, comfort, and a high level of hospitality. Professionalism, discretion, and excellent driving skills are essential for this role.

Typical responsibilities

  • Transport guests safely and efficiently between hotels, airports, ports, and local destinations.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring care and professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of assigned vehicles.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving standards.
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful service to guests during transfers.
  • Plan routes in advance and adjust according to traffic or weather conditions.
  • Support hotel logistics by occasionally transporting staff, goods, or supplies when required.
  • Keep accurate records of routes, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Necessary skills

  • Valid professional driving license appropriate for passenger transport.
  • Excellent driving skills with a proven record of safety and responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of English (German or Greek will be a plus).
  • Polite, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and reliable under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially within hospitality, will be considered an advantage.
