Spa Therapist / Masseur
Full-time all year round or seasonal (April - end of October)
Gross salary: € 1200 - 1500
The final salary level will be determined on the basis of merit after the interview. Benefits may include, depending on the position, free daily meals at one of the restaurants in the facility or free accommodation close to the respective property. The terms of the sectoral collective agreement for hotel employees in Chania apply.

Job description
As a Spa Therapist / Masseur at Corissia Hotels & Resort, you will provide a range of professional spa and massage treatments designed to relax, rejuvenate, and enhance the well-being of our guests. You will play a vital role in creating a serene and welcoming spa environment, ensuring that every treatment is performed with care, expertise, and attention to detail. Your professionalism, discretion, and commitment to wellness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.
Typical responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of spa and massage treatments in line with the hotel’s service standards.
- Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments to enhance well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and equipment.
- Provide personalized advice on wellness, relaxation, and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations and guest satisfaction.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests when appropriate.
- Adhere to health, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Necessary skills
- Professional training and certification in massage therapy or spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong focus on guest service.
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and wellness practices.
- Good command of English (German or other languages will be a plus).
- Discretion, empathy, and professionalism in dealing with guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or spa environment will be highly valued.

Our secure 3-step booking procedure with personal support by your dedicated booking advisor.
- 1. Room Selection Please choose your desired room type on your prefered travel dates, select any extra options available and add the room to your personal room selection. You may add multiple rooms to your selection, if required.
- 2. Booking Request When you are ready, just send us your selection as a booking request, using the corresponding form. The booking request is absolutely non-binding. You will not be charged and you can cancel your booking request any time. Our dedicated team will get back to you to answer all questions or queries you may have, to confirm the current room availability and, if required, to assist you find the best available flights to Crete. We will also take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Our personal support will be provided in writing by e-mail or in a follow up phone call, if you wish so.
- 3. Booking Confirmation To complete your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total room rate. The balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. You can cancel free of charge (with deposit refund) at any time up to 15 days before arrival or alter your booking depending on availability.
