The boat trip from Ierapetra to the uninhabited island of Chrysi (Gaidouronisi) in south-eastern Crete takes place daily (mid-May to late October) and lasts about 45 minutes.
Chrysi Island is a nature reserve of breathtaking beauty and is rightly called the 'Diamond of the Mediterranean'. There you will find a unique cedar forest, gorgeous golden beaches with crystal clear water and beautiful colours!
