How to make a reservation directly with us
1 Simple and personal
Once you have entered your travel dates and selected a suitable room, simply let us know your choice, either by telephone or via our non-binding enquiry form.
Our friendly English speaking staff will then inform you in detail about the current room availability and available flights to Crete from your nearest airport. They will also take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Our advice will be given in a personal conversation and/or in writing by e-mail, depending on your wishes.
2 Flexible and non-binding
Your room will only be pre-booked after consultation with you and you will receive a written confirmation with all details and your personal reservation number. You will have plenty of time to clarify any remaining details and book your flight to Crete. Although we will be happy to assist you, we cannot book your flight for you (we are not a travel agency). We will hold the pre-booked hotel room for a few days for you without any obligation until your flight has been safely arranged.
3 Small deposit without credit card - remaining amount on spot
The reservation confirmation can be viewed online at any time by entering the valid reservation number. You can see an example of what your reservation confirmation would look like here: Demo reservation confirmation
After all details have been clarified, you only pay a small deposit (20% of the total price) by bank transfer to our bank account in Germany or by credit card. This will confirm your reservation. No credit card is required for your hotel booking.
The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel.
4 No risk - cancel free of charge
In the event of a cancellation, you will not be charged any fees as long as the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to your arrival, as the deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is made in the last 2 weeks prior to arrival, a fee will be charged in the amount of the deposit paid. This fee does not apply in case of an acute illness before the planned trip: a medical certificate with previously confirmed flight booking is completely sufficient.
The Corona-Safe Booking of the Corissia Hotels: If the reason for the cancellation is due to the current Corona pandemic (e.g. flight cancellation, entry restrictions, etc.), the cancellation of your direct hotel booking is completely free of charge until the day of arrival and any advance payments already made will be refunded.
