Job description
As a Spa Manager at Corissia Hotels & Resort, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing the performance of your team. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, developing spa offerings, and leading your team of therapists to deliver professional, high-quality treatments. Your leadership skills, organizational ability, and passion for wellness will help position our spa as a key highlight of the guest experience.
Typical responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the spa and wellness areas.
- Lead, motivate, and support the spa team to deliver professional treatments and excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards throughout the spa.
- Design and update spa menus, promotions, and wellness packages in collaboration with management.
- Monitor staff scheduling, training needs, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain stock levels of spa products and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Build relationships with guests, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgets, revenue goals, and cost control.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, treatments, and products to keep spa offerings competitive.
Necessary skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (German or other languages will be a plus).
- Knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, and product management.
- Ability to work with budgets and financial targets.
- Previous experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior spa role within a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
