  • Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new business and strategic alliances in priority international markets.
  • Partner with Revenue and Marketing to align pricing, distribution, and campaign roadmaps; optimize all revenue streams.
  • Lead RFPs, bids, and complex negotiations; secure long-term agreements on advantageous terms.
  • Represent the group at global trade fairs, luxury forums, MICE expos, targeted roadshows, and high-value sales calls to expand market presence.
  • Launch targeted sales activations and account-based campaigns for premium segments.

  • Travel to meet key clients, support property sales teams on site, and participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings.

Necessary skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel sales and MICE business development, with a strong local and international network.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-property sales teams and complex, multi-stakeholder sales operations.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury travel demand drivers and MICE sales cycles, with a record of exceeding high-value targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strategic and analytical, with the ability to read market trends and competitor moves and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales performance/BI tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and operate across time zones and cultures.

We offer

  • A professional and supportive working environment.
  • Clear prospects for career progression within the company, including involvement in strategic decision-making.
  • Additional benefits such as performance bonuses, extra leave days, and achievement-based incentives.
  • Opportunities to actively contribute to shaping the company’s strategy.
