The Corissia Resorts / Hotelleading group is looking for a strategic and people-centric HR Manager, who will lead the development of our human resources across all hotels in the group.

The final salary level will be determined on the basis of merit after the interview. Benefits may include, depending on the position, free daily meals at one of the restaurants in the facility or free accommodation close to the respective property. The terms of the sectoral collective agreement for hotel employees in Chania apply.

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager designs and implements HR strategies that align with business goals, develops structures, manages HR processes and supports executives & employees. The position has a strong organizational and advisory dimension.

The position is critical for shaping culture, retaining talent and ensuring smooth operation in a company that invests in the development of its people.

Typical responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with the overall strategy of the organization.
  • Manage the complete recruitment & selection process.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, systems & regulations across the organization. organization.
  • Design and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
  • Payroll & benefits management.
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulatory obligations.
  • Analysis of HR KPIs, support in strategic decision-making.
  • Guidance of department managers on human resources issues.
  • Management of behaviors, disciplinary issues & conflict resolution.
  • Strategic planning of long-term human resources development.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, HRIS.
  • Ability to develop strategy & leadership.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the hotel industry will be highly appreciated.
  • People and results orientation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
