Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager ensures the excellent operation of all F&B outlets, designs and implements strategies for revenue growth, sets quality standards, creates unique experiences for guests and oversees the operations teams. The position is closely linked to the group's quality, cost and customer experience goals.
The position plays a central role in the group's hospitality experience and requires an exceptional professional with a passion for quality gastronomy, excellent service and effective team management.
Typical responsibilities
- Manage all F&B operations in accordance with group standards and budgets.
- Maintain the highest levels of service for all customers.
- Design and renew menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef - quality control & presence.
- Ensuring hygiene, safety and full compliance with HACCP and legal specifications.
- Management of procurement, inventory control and Food & Beverage Cost.
- Guiding, training, evaluating and continuous development of staff.
- Schedule preparation, human resources management and resolution of team issues.
- Analysis of KPIs (RevPASH, Cost %, Guest Satisfaction), implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Events & Finance departments.
- Creating a culture of hospitality, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Reporting to Management on sales results & efficiency.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in F&B management in a hotel environment (4* or 5*).
- Knowledge of legislation, HACCP, F&B operational standards • Ability to multitask & perform under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of factors influencing luxury travel demand and MICE sales cycles, with a history of exceeding high value targets.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of POS, restaurant management systems & MS Office.
- Ability to achieve financial goals, optimize revenue and control costs.
- A degree in F&B Management or Culinary School.
- Very good knowledge of English.
