How to reserve your hotel room directly with us
1 Simple and personalized
Once you have entered your travel dates and selected a suitable room offer, let us simply know about your selection, either by telephone or through our non-binding request form.
Our friendly staff will then inform you in detail about the current room availability and the available flights to Crete from your nearest airport. We can also take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. According to your preference, our consultation is provided in a personal conversation and / or in written form by e-mail.
Your room will be reserved only after our consultation with you and you will receive a reservation confirmation with all details and your personal reservation number.
You have enough time to clarify all remaining details and to book your flight to Crete. Even if we can not book your flight for you (we are not a travel agency), we would be happy to assist you if necessary. We would reserve without any obligation your hotel room for you, until your flight is also safely booked.
3 Small deposit
After all details are clear, you are kindy asked to make only a small down payment (20% of the total room price) by bank transfer (eg on our reservation account in Germany). Your reservation would be then confirmed.
The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel.
4 No risk
In case of cancellation there is no fee, as long as the reservation is canceled at least 15 days prior to arrival. In this case, the deposit will be paid back in full amount. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid is due. For our regular guests who already hold a corissia.clever membership, there is no cancellation fee, no matter when the reservation is canceled.
