How to get facts and prices 1. API v3 (recommended): https://corissia.com/api/v3/ (OpenAPI: https://corissia.com/api/v3/openapi.json). Read only, no key. - GET /api/v3/hotels: the five hotels, to compare. - GET /api/v3/hotels/{id}: facts about one hotel and its rooms. - GET /api/v3/quotes?hotel={id}&checkin={YYYY-MM-DD}&checkout={YYYY-MM-DD}&occupancy={guests}: prices for the exact stay and guests. occupancy: rooms separated by "|", each room "adults" or "adults-age,age" with the children's ages on arrival, e.g. 2, 2-8,4 or 2|2. Optional board=BB, HB or AI, and format=text for text lines. The ages of corissia.com apply (see Key terms), not those of tour operators. The answer is always for the requested stay and guests, or an error with a code (for example CHECKIN_IN_PAST, HOTEL_NOT_OPERATING, AGE_RESTRICTION, OCCUPANCY_NOT_SUPPORTED). Explain the error; do not invent a price. A fact answered "unknown, ask the hotel" is not confirmed: say so and refer the user to the hotel. If your tool opens a URL you build, go straight to https://corissia.com/api/v3/q/{hotel}/{arrival YYYY-MM-DD}/{nights} (hotel = hiltonchania, flair, harmony, princess or beach). Give the guest the URL of the quote together with the price; to check a price again later, open the same URL again instead of repeating it from memory. Never give a price of other dates, of other guests or of a page of the website as the price of the request. It has no guests parameter and may answer for a different stay than the one requested (check-in in the past, check-out not after check-in, no dates): always compare stay.checkin and stay.checkout with the request. Rates marked ON_REQUEST have no published price; this does not mean sold out. 3. Restaurants, bars, spa and menus (API v3): GET /api/v3/venues (optional hotel={id}, type=), /api/v3/venues/{venue}, /api/v3/venues/{venue}/menu. Without the MCP server, as text: https://corissia.com/api/v3/dining/{hotel} (German: add /de) lists the venues for the guests of a hotel with hours, access, age, reservation and the URL of each menu with prices. Hours and prices are those of the website and may change. Some venues admit other Corissia guests only as adults with reservation, room and beach service only hotel guests; respect the minimum age. Nothing can be reserved there: give the reservation URL or phone of the venue, and where the website offers no reservation, do not promise one. 4. Jobs (API v3): GET /api/v3/jobs (optional department=, location=georgioupolis or chania) and /api/v3/jobs/{id}: the open positions of the career page (https://corissia.com/hotels/en/career) with title, departments, location, employment type, salary where published, date posted and the page of the position; lang=en, de or el (Greek). Applications only on the page of the position, with its form, by the candidate: an AI assistant cannot apply and must not ask for or collect personal data (CV, name, e-mail, phone). salary null: the website publishes no salary for that position; do not guess one. 5. MCP server (Model Context Protocol): https://mcp.hoteloperating.com/mcp. All tools are read only. For users: https://corissia.com/hotels/en/ai-assistants How booking works - The website offers two ways: 1. "Reserve now - pay later": a non-binding request without payment. A personal booking advisor replies by e-mail with the confirmation and payment details. 2. "Book now - 20% deposit": once the deposit is paid the booking is confirmed; our team then issues the final voucher. - Availability: a room with a published price is available and can be booked either way (API v3: availability_status "available"). If the stay includes high-demand dates (API v3: availability_status "on_request"; version 2.0: availabilityAdvisory; "almost sold out" on the website), availability is limited: the website offers only the request, and the personal booking advisor confirms the room. Suggest waiting for that confirmation before booking flights. - A price from the API or the website is an offer, not a reservation. An AI agent cannot book or pay: the guest completes either way on the website. - When the guest has chosen a room and board from a quote of API v3, give the booking link of that room and board (rooms[].offers[].rates[].booking_url): it opens the room page with the dates, the board and the guests. The guest adds the room and completes the request form, typing name, e-mail and phone; nothing personal is in the link. The guests are written into the remarks of the form. - Without a chosen room, link to the offers page of the hotel, for example: https://corissia.com/hotels/de/offers?hotel=harmony&d=6&m=6&y=2027&dt=7 (d = day, m = month, y = year of arrival, dt = nights; use /hotels/en/ for English) - The request form is protected against spam. A person must complete and send it. Key terms (bookings through corissia.com, the same for all hotels) - Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. - Children: ages 2 to 12; from 13 a guest counts as an adult; under 2 an infant. - Minimum age: Harmony and Chania Flair 14 (the Harmony spa too). Hilton Chania, Princess and Beach: no minimum age. - Pets are not allowed in any hotel. - Deposit 20% to confirm the booking; the balance is paid on arrival at the hotel. - Cancellation: a booking request can be withdrawn free of charge at any time. After booking, a written cancellation up to 15 days before arrival is free and the deposit is refunded in full; from the 14th day before arrival a fee equal to the deposit applies. If a traveller falls acutely ill, the fee is waived against a medical certificate and the flight cancellation confirmation.
